Returns / Exchanges
As all of our items are made to order, often personalised with names or initials, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. If you have any questions or concerns specific to your order, please email us at sales@clobberclub.co.uk


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
If there is a fault with your item, send us an email with your order number and proof of the fault, and will resolve the issue.
 
On approval we will send a replacement , or you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, please take into account delays in payment transfers.
